The Challenge

The 2023 NFL Draft was a pivotal moment in the Chargers’ history, and the organization invited us to help celebrate with a couple thousand of their biggest fans. At an exclusive Los Angeles event, fans won the chance to attend the official team party. We were asked to create a fully immersive experience to entertain guests throughout an evening packed with coach interviews, fan giveaways and contests, and appearances by radio and television personalities.

2 - 8x10 Curved Backdrops

Showcasing the official NFL Draft & LA Chargers logos, we produced two beautiful 8x10 curved backdrops made of tension fabric that were flanked by a lifesize cutout of a LA Chargers player. This created a 3 wall experience, and the detail of the curved backdrop meant that as the camera spun the backdrops were captured fully.

Blue Carpet

LA Chargers Blue Carpet provided an exclusive feel as they walked up to the 360 camera.

Impact and Results

Our immersive 360 booth drew fans of all ages—many decked out in team swag and eager to dance and celebrate this milestone. The booth’s direct-to-social sharing feature let guests instantly post their videos, generating immediate event visibility. It proved so popular that fans stayed in line after the event concluded to ensure they didn’t miss the opportunity to capture and share the moment, and our team happily stayed on to keep the party going.
