Welcome to Be The Light Creatives. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and the services provided by Be The Light Creatives (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including photo booth rentals, event photography, creative media services, and related event experiences.

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. SERVICES

Be The Light Creatives provides creative event services including but not limited to photo booth rentals, event photography, digital experiences, and related event entertainment services.

Specific details regarding services, pricing, packages, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in a separate service agreement, invoice, or quote provided to you prior to your event.

2. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after we receive a signed service agreement and any required deposit payment. Event dates are not guaranteed until confirmation is completed.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your event date. The deposit amount will be specified in your service agreement or invoice.

Payment Terms

Full payment must be made according to the payment schedule outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars and may change without notice. However, once a service agreement has been signed, the agreed-upon pricing will be honored.

3. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Cancellation by Client

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. If a cancellation occurs within 14 days of the scheduled event, the remaining balance may still be due as outlined in your service agreement.

Rescheduling

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability. Requests must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the event date.

Cancellation by Be The Light Creatives

In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to severe weather, illness, or equipment failure), we will offer the option to reschedule at no additional cost or provide a full refund of all payments received.

4. EVENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including date, time, venue, and contact information. The client must also ensure that the venue provides adequate space, electrical power, and accessibility for setup and operation.

If required, the client must obtain any permissions from the venue for photography or photo booth installations.

Setup and Breakdown

Adequate time must be provided for setup and breakdown as outlined in your service agreement. Delays caused by the client or venue may result in additional charges.

Damages

The client is responsible for any damage to Be The Light Creatives equipment caused by the client, guests, or venue conditions during the event. Repair or replacement costs may be billed to the client.

5. PHOTOS, VIDEOS, AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Ownership

All photographs, videos, and digital content captured by Be The Light Creatives remain the intellectual property of Be The Light Creatives unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Client License

Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable license to use the photos and videos from their event for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Marketing and Portfolio Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Be The Light Creatives reserves the right to use photos or videos captured during events for portfolio, marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.

If you prefer that your event images not be used for marketing, please notify us in writing prior to the event.

Guest Consent

Guests participating in photo booth or photography experiences acknowledge that their images may be captured. It is the client’s responsibility to inform guests that photography and media capture will occur at the event.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Be The Light Creatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages caused by delays or interruptions.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service involved in the claim.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Be The Light Creatives, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
