Be The Light Creatives partnered with AYSO Soccer to deliver a comprehensive event activation experience that combined professional photography, AI-powered entertainment, and personal branding opportunities. Attendees could transform into professional soccer stars through custom AI portraits, embrace the Texas atmosphere with AI Western-themed experiences, receive professional business headshots, and enjoy full event photography coverage throughout the conference.
The goal was to create memorable attendee experiences while providing AYSO with valuable content assets that could be used long after the event concluded. By blending innovation, engagement, and professional-quality photography, the activation helped elevate the conference experience and drive participation across multiple event spaces.
