Branded Event Activations & Guest Engagement Experience

Be The Light Creatives partnered with Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board to create premium branded activations that enhanced guest engagement while celebrating Los Angeles as the future host of two of the world’s biggest sporting events. Our team delivered a Photo Studio Experience and a custom 360 Video Booth activation designed to create memorable content, encourage participation, and reinforce the event’s branding throughout the evening.

Positioned on opposite sides of the ballroom, both activations became major attractions for attendees, creating continuous engagement while delivering high-quality branded photo and video content that guests could instantly share.
